I was disappointed that the room lacked in-room coffee and tea!!! Additionally, I wished for a larger balcony to enjoy the views properly. Some inconsistencies in housekeeping timing during check out also confused me!!!

Like, oh my gosh! We had the most amazing time staying in our Junior Suite. The breakfast spread was to die for, and the staff were just so friendly, remembering our names every day. The pool area was gorgeous, but the one bummer was no in-room coffee, which woulda been like, totally awesome.

Staying at this charming hotel was a delight for our family of five. The breakfast spread and dinner were exceptional, and the staff radiated warmth, especially Mrs Sonia and her son Ivan. Skiing was a breeze with easy access to the slopes in the Dolomites.

For dads, it would be great if they offered a kids' club.
